Well if the past is included I would say Winston Churchill. My dog is named Winston after him! haha. He was tough as nails and didn't take shit from the Nazi scum like the pussy before him Nevill Chamberlain.
But if we're talking current, I don't really have too many I know about. I've heard of a handful of leaders, but can only really form a proper opinion about Stephen Harper or Barack Obama. Out of the two Harper is better because he isn't a commie.
