Granted a full computer running tons of backend processes isn't quite the same as the memory usage of a 5-6 year old gaming console, but the point being made that these small multi-media devices are moving quick and from what was shown last week at MWC and today from Apple, 3DS and Vita will be 'last-gen' by the end of this year or early next. The only saving grace will be controls and first party IPs... something only Nintendo has both of. I still think my thread on Vita should be a smartphone/tablet device holds a lot of merit.
