but Kony has an army of children soldiers. His rebels kidnap them, turns them into soldiers, makes them kill their parents, makes them mutilate other people and what not

he's been doing it for over 20 years and he does it for no real reason

Since its because the US foreign policy is to not to go to war unless it poses a direct thresh to the country or it benefits the US financially
