They can't afford to spend money on Manning who has had so many neck issues. They'll pick up a GREAT first draft QB anyways. Coaching staff is getting axed because they should of had a better possible response to losing Manning for the season. Its pathetic that in such a strongly team oriented sport, ONE player's injury took the team from potential champions to worst team in the league. That means there were a lot of mistakes all over the board, not just Manning's injury.
