I voted $299.
Even if Nintendo was to lose a little on each system sold, I think it's likely that between game and peripheral purchases (particularly people buying a second tablet controller, if supported) that Nintendo would still average in the black for each console moved. And that magical $299 price point would prove worth it in the long run.
