Which FPS series has the best single player campaign?

None of the above Deus Ex is the best FPS game I have ever played. Though in reality its an RPG/FPS. I loved it of the games listed Battlefields has the best campaign. Halo is the best story however its a tough call. I'd say that CoD has one of the worst.
