Nah they commited much worse crime of kicking Nintendo butt two generations in a row and even when glorius Wii retook sales crown Sony still continued to steal 3rd party support ;)
And that's before we even get into threatening Nintendo iron grip on handheld market and stealing huge part of devs support there too.
