depends on the actual perks. but still i don't like it. everyone should be on a level playing field. perks have never been good, some games did it right, some wrong. COD has always done it wrong. but games like BFBC2 did it right, the best perks saved you from maybe 1 bullet from an SMG (basically nothing) or gave you 1 extra grenade.. so it was more of customizing what you want.

in COD you would get near instant reloads, or 10% more HP meaning you could survive 2-5 shots, or even a sniper hit.
