It's accepted that one guy's opinion isn't the be all, end all. It's not like you are completely unbiased either.

Actually Panama is making an objective, probably quantifiable, statement: 3DS cricle pad is not as precise as PSV analog stick. Look, feel, touch, smell, taste all subjective, precision of operation should be measurable. Panama is either right or wrong in the assertion that 3DS circle pad is less precise, opinion doesn;t enter into it. What he should do is back it up with objective evidence. Otherwise it's an unsubstantiated claim.
