What is your perception of India?

Nice people.
Nice culture, food etc.
One of the crappiest places to live IMO.
Half of all Indians alive today will probably be dead in 30 years due to insert X, Y, Z economic or military catastrophe.
Makes me glad I live in New Zealand.
