For "First Impressions" all you have to do is comment about what you thought about the member that is above you (in the first posters case that would be me you're talking about) "Then" and "Now."
Rubric:
"Then: I thought you seemed like a pretty good member.
Now: Almost the same as then but now you have really shined!"
This should be a fun thread. Joking is allowed but there is a fine line, you all know what that line is. Don't bash people.
