Sounds impressive, i think this means we should expect an annoucement for new consoles this year. its usually in these last parts of a consoles life cycle you see games that will amaze you. i know a lot of developers say this stuff, but i'm sure this game will look stunning.
however there statement can be taken negatively as well. is it really good PR to say your console's run out of horsepower; its not the same as saying we've pushed the console to its limit. saying your out of steam looks like you could be making cutbacks to the game to account for hardware shortcommings; rather than saying the game has forced the hardware into the apex of performance.
