Go into the .ini file and set the "Fullscreen=true" to "Fullscreen=false". Also, if you can find your native screen resolution then change the "widith=" and "hight=" to whatever your screen resolution is. Mine looks like:
width=1366
height=768
Once you do that, you should be good to go.
