Fable Heroes I think as the Fable game. Gears of War could be a spin-off/side-story similar to Forza Horizon and Fable.

It'll be Fable related, my bet would be Fable IV > Fable Journey > Fable Heroes.

I wouldn't say an XBLA game is a huge exclusive.
