More than likely an A8 Llano chip with paired Radeon HD 6000 series graphics and 2GB RAM. At most.

Since it's coming out 2013 at the earliest I would say Trinity-based, given working Trinity samples were being demoed Q4 last year. Four cores and a GPU in 65W is not unreasonable for a console.
