Rich people have more opportunities in life, better family upbringings, attend wealthy private schools, usually go onto Higher Education and are most likely to run a business or become a professional worker. The rich class are regarded as the capital class/owners of the production of the capitalist system. Occasionally there are rags to riches stories where poor people from the working class work hard and manage to earn their way into either the middle class or wealthy class.
