Easily the greatest moment of any game IMO. It represents something of a paradigm shift in Ocarina of Time; the game becomes a lot darker and better after the Master Sword has been drawn, as well as the obvious change in Link's appearance. Drawing the Master Sword is also an epic moment in most other Zelda games, TP, ALttP and WW also spring to mind.
