2006 -- Oblivion
2008 -- Fallout 3
2011 -- Skyrim
So, their first game (i didn´t include New Vegas on the list above since it was made by Obsidian and according to Bethesda themselves it wasn´t a 'true' sequel to Fallout 3) for next gen systems just might be Fallout 4.
Now they really have to do a better job with bugs next time, especially about the game-breaking ones.
