Edit: I was hesitant to add it at first, but **** it, I loved Hellgate: London to pieces, I had a ton of fun with that game, even with all of it's limitations and technical problems. The amount of time alone that I put in it and the huge amount of characters I made qualify it for my personal GOTY of 2008 on par with Persona 4.
