When will SONY cut the price of PS VITA?

Went to Target today and picked up my Vita with the FREE 4GB card. The employee was surprised because I was the 3rd person to purchase a Vita in the last 5 days since the sale. But I kinda think he's lying because the PS Vita games was almost sold out because of the buy 2 get 1 free deal.
