Not to rain on your parade or anything but ...
Mass Effect has gone down hill since the second game and it looks like it will only get worse with the third. The series started off as 2/3 RPG and 1/3 shooter, and now it is clearly 2/3 or more shooter and maybe a 1/3 RPG. Not sure who to blame ... maybe it is Bioware or maybe EA ruined it like they always do, but the point is that the series barely resembles the original masterpiece. Even the original creators of the story are not on the project anymore.
You are right about Ninja Gaiden 3 as it will probably be pretty bland based on what has been shown.
Street Fighter x Tekken is personal preference. I don't care for it because it is in street fighter style, but the tekken version which should come next year will be great (at least for me).
There is a point where every Silent Hill fan has to accept that the series is dead. The studio in charge of it now has no idea what it is doing, and the garbage it produces is not worthy of caring the once proud Silent Hill brand. From what I played of Downpour at E3 this next game looks even worse ... try to imagine an even more mundane version of Alan Wake.
Kid Icarus looks pretty "meh" too. I'll wait for Luigi's Mansion 2 for 3ds entertainment.
Silent Hill HD is the only big hit on the march list for me, and it might not even be a March title. It has already been delayed at least 3 times now. Is kind of funny really as both games are obviously finished already and all they have to do is slap some trophies/achievements on them and put them on an Xbox and PS3 disc and call it a game.
