My first impressions:

Controls: B-
Action sequences have simplistic controls, but they are tolerable. It is fun to do the finishing gestures and wrestling moves. Charging up attacks is difficult to gauge (especially the stun attack since there is no power bar).

The motion sensitive mini-games are decent but the dumbbell part was extremely hard to control.

Mechanics: C-
Awful, awful open world collision detection. Be prepared to have your bike stop suddenly even though nothing is in front of you. The open world is extremely repetitive and driving is more of a pain than fun.

Graphics: B+
It's the Wii, so the bar is set a little low. Still, enjoyable graphics for the most part with a great artistic style.

Weirdness Factor: A+
This game is WEIRD. In an awesome way. Suda 51 outdoes himself on the weirdness level. I wonder if this game will fail with the masses because of it.

Fun Factor: B+
I find myself playing it more for the fact that it is different from other games than any other reason. Killing enemies is fun and the bosses I have played so far are quite varied.

Overall: B
Get the game if you're looking for something different. If you just want standard fare executed flawlessly, this game is not for you.

OK, all that sounds a bit harsh, when I actually have a fair amount of affection for the game. I'm just not blown away. I'll update with my opinions this weekend after I finish it (10-12 hours gameplay looks about right).
