Kid Icarus and Mass Effect have me excited. I've bought Silent Hill since the first one on the PS1 but I don't see myself picking up either game in the immediate future. The series hasn't impressed me in quite a while. Origins and Homecoming felt like Silent Hill lite and Shattered Memories just didn't draw me in like I'd hoped. Not a big fan of Ninja Gaiden, either. The story needs to evolve to keep up with the gameplay. Good graphics and slick gameplay aren't enough. I need the motivation that a good story provides.
