Yeah these religious idiots against condoms and such have no sense of history and the simple fact that sex among teens has always existed (at least in US).
The only real solution is to teach people the bad side of sex and the way to be safe. This is the only way to realistically cut down on unplanned pregnancy and disease.
OR part of that sex education should also include that the only real way to be 100% safe is to be abstinent until married, etc. But an extreme stance of no contraception is just idiotic.
