LMFAO!  Nah.  One of my socks would be so solid, it'd cut the Vita like a diamond.  I'm just gonna take the current starter kit back on my way home from work in the morning.  Then, I'll grab the better, cheaper bundle.  Sad thing is, they HAD the leather case there.  I just went crazy and said that I wanted the headphones, screen protecter, 4gb card, etc., just in case.  I just remembered that I convinced the guy behind me to pick up the same starter kit!  I told him the Vita didn't come with a memory card and he couldn't play games without it.  He's probably cursing my name, right now.  40 bucks for a case that isn't a case, some headphones that aren't as good as the ones we both already have, and a 4GB card when the system came with an 8GB card.

I wanted to play with my Vita all night while I'm at work (I don't really do much work when I'm at work).  Now, I have to leave it at home and read the manual.  At least I'll have Snake Eater 3D on my 3DS to satisfy my gaming needs!  I'll even take my PSP for one last spin.
