PZ4 or Fatal Frame 4 if you live outside EU didn't make it over and won't make it over because of a dispute between Tecmo and Nintendo, even though Nintendo now owns the IP they still have Tecmo develop it and what happened is 4 had some serious bugs and technical issues when released. When Nintendo told Tecmo to come up with a fix for them the latter demanded more money for it leading to the dispute so PZ4 is out of print as a result, the dispute is probably why nothing related to the franchise has popped up since then until now.
