Funny, I was thinking about this a little more while at work. If Nintendo somehow released a fake Apple IP on their market (not going to happen but let us just pretend) then you should know Apple's first response would be. They would send about two dozen lawyers over to knock on Iwata's door. However, since this is the all fucking mighty Apple they can just let this shit slide right under the rug. Pretty bullshit double standards if you ask me.
