Rockstar (I think it was an MTV interview) have themselves indicated both versions are essentially idential. They also (for the first time I believe) indicated the PS3 did contribute to the delay - not sure whether that was down to actual issues or simply getting properly up to speed with developing for the platform as the interview didn't really make that clear.
Try to be reasonable... its easier than you think...
