XBLA Publishing negotiations underway for Oddworld: Stranger’s Wrath remake

Considering the history, you'd think MS would jump at the chance to allow these guys to put up their game. I have to seriously wonder why they wouldn't, you'd think they'd be able to sell this for what, $15 and get at least 50,000 units sold. It just seems like a bad business move on MS' part.
