No Sony bend are. They are another 1st party studio who have made the syphon filter and God of war psp games. This will be Naughty Dogs 1st ever portable game if true! 

Sony Bend have not made the GOW psp games. They have however made the Resistance psp game. Ready at Dawn are the ones that did the GOW psp games.
