No Sony bend are. They are another 1st party studio who have made the syphon filter and God of war psp games. This will be Naughty Dogs 1st ever portable game if true!

Probably because Sony wanted Naughty Dog to keep developing for the ps2. Back then they had a way smaller team before uncharted kicked in.
