It depends on the kind of games you like.
- Uncharted series
- Yakuza series
- God of War 3 and the two Collections
- Team ICO collection
- Atelier series (if you like JRPGs)
- White Knight Chronicles 2 (comes with a remastered version of the first game; if you like JRPGs and it's very grind heavy unless you only do story)
- Demon's Souls
- Disgaea series (since you're getting a Vita, you can get the PSP versions of 1 and 2, then the Vita version of 3 and Disgaea 4 on PS3)
- Infamous 1 and 2
- Ratchet & Clank series
- Valkyria Chronicles
Also, since you're going to get a Vita, it opens up the PSP library as well, which have a great amount of JRPGs and other games.
