I don't get it... The 360 version of The Orange Box got a 96.1% on GameRankings so obviously a few of the reviewers must like it and I doubt many of them referred to it as a "crappy port". If they actually put as much effort into it as the PC version it'll likely be an extremely fun game.


It's just keyboard + Mouse vs controller issue. I think he is right about that. But still as you mentioned Orange Box and L4D will be good games on PS3. If not very good games.  Either way PC version will still be the best, because of controls. I play my multiplayer FPS games on PC. And my single player experiance most of the time on consoles. Ofcourse I will try some multiplayer, but it isn't as much as on PC.

My vision
Consoles are for action adventure Beat'm Up RPG Sports Racing.
PC is for FPS, RTS and MMO.


I've been waiting for this game. Alltough I have not decided yet which platfrom I will get it for. PC is first choice, although it won't run smooth one mine. I need an upgrade first.
