These 'isolated incidents' on ps3 made some of the best reading on amazon.co.jp i've ever seen, its averaging below 2.5 out of 5 & the Japanese always have been most hilarious when faced with largely faulty products (they dont tolerate them at all). Even the amazon.com ranking is struggling to break 3 out of 5 stars & the first 6 or 7 pages is 1 and 2 star reviews (if ordered by most helpful first), other user review sites display similar trends.
Knowing a small amount about stats, maybe Bethesda's own test case is the isolated incident & they should be examining their own save games to see how they are playing to make it work (because mine certainly didn't, game breaking issues started hitting by 25 hours & I wasn't doing anything special like having a million quests running, as for the spells eating memory thing, I was using a non magic rogue styled character).
