One has to accept that value sets are not necessarily going to line up, and developers are not necessarily obligated to appeal to a single value set over time.
There are some things I would make different about Zelda, but there's a big reason that I avoid saying that certain Zelda games are inherently better than others, and that is because the idea is preposterous.
