And what's so bad about making a new game? I don't think most people around here mind innovation, especially from someone who's clearly creative when it comes to video games, like Mr. Jaffe is.

Why are you arguing hypotheticals?

The game is not the same game.

And why not make Twisted Metal? TM is one of my favorite franchises, and car combat games today are god-awful. Why shouldn't Jaffe make the very best game in the genre?There's nothing wrong with making a new IP. But why fault a franchise that people LOVED because it isn't a new IP instead?
