Killdozer wasn't a villain, IMO. Ticked off and possibly psychotic? Yes. But he had a lot taken away from him by his local government, which drove him to the edge. He never killed anyone in his attack.. All the while creating one of the coolest vehicles in history.
Back from the dead, I'm afraid.
