I dunno, I can really see the decision going either way myself. I mean, Nokia will cut down on costs by ditching Symbian that only Nokia uses, and they get money hatted by msft. It obviously isn't enough, and I dont think that mart is very committed to the mobile market. You would think that msft would want a big mobile prescence to spur users to try bing out, and stop the sinking ship of IE, etc. What this undoubtedly means though is thatched windows phone brand is about to go downhill again
