They don't give a shit about the PC version, clearly. They give a shit for the game, sure, but not for the PC version itself. It's basically a pure console port with lame Origin and DRM thrown in. Horribly few graphics settings, FOV is way too small, screen tearing, low res textures, controls non-modifyable. And the funny thing is, the demo doesn't even support a controller, even though it plays like a console game.

they don't have key bindings? Surely they'll have it in the final game.

Hopefully I'll play the demo in a few hours. Disapointed some didn't like the music, since it's done by clint mansell who's one of my favorite soundtrack composers. I always wondered if ME would be a good fit for him, bioshock or something would fit better. Maybe I won't agree. Or Maybe he wrote crap.

The music is one of the brightest spots imo, although sometimes it reminds me a bit of the music in Transformers trailers o.O

You're thinking of the use of heavy brass, particularly in the ending of the first half of the demo? It's becoming more popular in action movie trailers of late, yes, especially after the Dark Knight trailers, but it's best used like it is here, as punctuation for a moment of dawning dread or terror.

The single player demo is deeply flawed for a lot of reasons, but that music makes it worth playing a few times.
