I'm not sure I know what you're asking ...
If it is how pictures will look on the TV that were taken using the cameras of these devices, I would say that these images will look pretty bad in general. While I don't know the resolution of the Wii U's controller's camera, integrated cameras on devices like this tend to be very low resolution and have pretty poor lenses resulting in an overall poor image quality.
