Doesn't make sense to me.

However, what does is you believing that I dug up a joke article without realizing that it is one and the proof [for it being a joke article] would be the date which was February 28, 2009. And a February 28 only happens all four years, in a leap year. At least that is what you assumed when you posted. But actually, February has 28 days every year and 29 in a leap year.

Let me put it in simpler terms. I indirectly pointed out that was an old article. An article you used to support a very old joke.

I think you are just trying to cover up now. My explanation sounds more plausible than yours.

February 28, you speaking of leap years... that would be too much of a coincidence.

hmmm, you seem confused to what a leap year is. Let me explain that to you as well. A leap year is the year in the Gregorian calender that contains an extra day - to catch up with the with the 4 quarter days that are not counted in the 3 years prior to that. On the fourth year, an extra day is added in February to compensate the missing quarters.

2012 just so happens to be a leap year. This February will have 29 days. The year that article was posted was in 2009, not a leap year, and ironically enough, on the last day of February.

sigh. It's never fun explaining a joke. Anyways, when I said " Jokes on you, that wasn't a leap year" I'm not only implying your article is old, I'm also being educational by adding real life examples. Now you know what a leap year is.
