So I bought Halo CEA and got the code to redeem the Anniversary map pack onto my 360 to play on Reach (which I downloaded on my XBL account) but for some stupid reason they won't work for me. I've tried clearing my cache, calling Microsoft *they don't have a clue what to do) and downloading the map pack multiple times but still they don't work. But the real bullshit thing about it all is everyone else on my 360 can play them without problems. I'm seriously starting to lose all faith in 343 industries because as far as I can tell they haven't really done much right and just mess things up.
Also my friend who actually bought the map pack is having the same problem.
Does anyone have any idea how this could be fixed? Any help would be appreciated.
