Except that I never said they would lynch mafia at every opportunity, just not-town which means mafia, vampires, werewolves, sks, survivors, cults, etc., etc..
That is town observing that 2 deaths occur both nights after the town jailkeeper dies. And what kind of counterclaim is going to prevent baal from being lynched? TOS is going to step up and say "wait no he's not mafia, I am." Someone else would probably say "Hey, you can't be the dying sibling that now has information. That's me" Oh the lack of a vig counterclaim will be proof enough that he's not lying as scum.
It's not all that unlikely; it hinges on Baal and mafia not killing the same player or running into protection. The order of town deaths really makes no difference as long as TOS and Wonk live.
It's good to know that if I'm ever tracked to a body I'll simply claim vig, and if there's no counterclaim, then you'll buy it right up.
So yeah, punishing to town.
Even if princess isn't lynched, it could be killed by Baal at anytime, by mafia at night, or by Wonk simply not quoting them enough. Same goes for the siblings. Also with the siblings, they had no indication that their other half had to be town.(EDIT: This is reinforced further by them not being able to communicate) Being a watcher, they could think it's the classic power town linked to mafia.(at least until a flavor split became obvious) I already went over the inclusion of two cops. Nothing wrong with the jailkeeper role, but there's obvious drawbacks to it too. Vincent could have been town's worst "asset" being voteless until released from the burden and offing townies every other night. Yeah mafia would want him gone as he's not really lynchable, but if they figure him out(or come close as TOS did) then he's such a pal to them.
