They're more RTT (real time tactics) in the sense that you don't farm or build units, but you control every aspect of the units your given. And EVERYTHING MATTERS! The formation your troops are in are a major part. If your archers have the high ground their arrows fly farther. In fact, you actually watch the arrows arc through the air in an awesome way. And don't even get me started on the bomb throwing dwarves! Really all ou need to know is that both games were widely considered the best RTS's of the year when they came out and they still hold up today. From one mac user to the next. GET THEM! |
