No, at the moment it is not possible to collect the energy from a nuclear blast an make electricity with it. The explosion itself is already incredibly destructive and thus the yield would have to be incredibly tiny (less than a ton or 0.001 KT of TNT equivalent I'd surmise). Let's not even get into the radiative output of a supercitical mass of SNM.
The current method of energy production from nuclear fission fuel is the basic boiler-turbine design. It's still pretty limited though.
