Yeah I agree. Still not sure about the future of Half-Life (though as it seems to be 6+ years between major releases I guess there wouldn't have to be many games released for Freeman to reach 30)
What I was saying is that while I do think Sonic/Croft/Chief will last a long while yet... Mario literally won't die unless Nintendo does, wheras I think the people behind franchises like Halo and Half-Life will move on.
