Overspending -> Deep recession -> Unemployement.
Spain (along with a bunch of other countries) spent beyond their means and chickens are coming home to roost. I hope that the Eurocrisis will have peaked once this Greek austerity law is passed, if so this figure should come down as confidence in the economy increases.
