Yoshida is a gamer at heart. I was really skeptical when he took of Worldwide Studios after Phil Harrison, but he has always proven himself. He knows what to do and how to do it. He makes difficult decisions and has no problem accepting when he was wrong.
Excellent qualities in an executive.
