Good. This is why Google bought Moto. They want to look at MS and Apple as say, ok, you either cross license and give my partners freedom... or you'll pay more to me than they do to you... or at least quite a bit.
First Germany and then many other countries. This will have lasting affects, hopefully in stopping the horrible patent trolling from all these companies against Android... and don't give me that crap about stealing innovation. These patents are always over the most ridiculous items that are not even something you buy that particular product for over another. All this does in inhibit innovation as they can't build off of previous work as has always been done in human history without legal issues anymore.
