It's also interesting because downloading content for personal use is aparently legal in Switzerland so you would think that they would be less inclined to buy content...

Hmm... I had only heard that Austria did that. Interesting to hear it's more widespread.

And since they pay for the stuff they download through their taxes, I'm surprised they don't choose to get more bang for the buck...
